FINDING TRUE LOVE STARTS WITH YOU
Hey everyone; hope you are feeling awesome today!
You know love can sometimes be hard to find, let alone
maintain it. No one was born knowing all the tricks of
keeping someone or making them happy for the rest
of their life. Yes, you can do all kinds of love gestures
including even getting married to them. But that still
won’t exempt you from the hard lessons about love
you still have to learn. My greatest concern though is
that, most people seem to have lost all hope in love.
They don’t believe in finding true love anymore. I
guess the fear of exposing ourselves to the possibility
of yet another heartbreak or love tragedy has gripped
us with chains of steel. Personally, I don’t believe that
the quest for true love is something we should be
afraid or even ashamed of especially if you have a
pretty clearer idea of the kind of person you are
looking for. Chances are, if you know yourself better
you have a better chance of choosing someone who is
more suitable for you. There is no formula though.
So my recommendation is that you take more time
trying to get to know yourself better. Date yourself
first before you date someone else. Be your own best
lover first before seeking someone else to love you the
way you would want to be loved. Again, always
remember that your partner can only love you as best
as you can love yourself - expect nothing more. That
could probably explain why most of our relationships
seldom work because most of us have not yet found
true love for our own selves. We seek and demand it
from others before we seek and demand it from our
own selves. Here is a simple question: How much do
you love yourself? That indirectly will answer how
much you will love someone else. You see, you cannot
give what you don't have.
